Sooo sorry I've been gone for so long, but let me get you up to speed.
I've been doing a lot of photoshoots lately, getting new stuff into my portfolio, so that's something i'll be sharing soon. The main theme you'll see in those shoots is a late 60's early 70's vibe. I have been crazily obsessed with the carefree style of that time and it definitely shows. It shows in my styling for shoots and in my personal wardrobe. I don't know what it is about spring and summer that turns me into a hippie flower child, but it just happens!
anyway if you just love that carefree bohemian sort of look too but just can't seem to get it right, here are a few trips!
#1 flowy fabrics are key- airy fabrics and loose silhouettes make this look. Think loose dresses, long skirts, and blousy tops
#2 there is no happy medium with accessories- for me this look can go two way with accessories, you either keep it very minimal or accessorize to your hearts desire!
#3 don't think just dress- the beauty of this look is the fact that it's so effortless, it's meant to be easy. If you start over thinking your outfits it loses all hippie essence so just go for it! if it feels forced or too planned out, start from scratch and listen to your stylish little heart. sometimes you want to wear things but don't for fear it may look...well..crazy! but this look is about individuality and odds are if you just start to pull what you like you'll come up with something amazing that suites you.
